The class online discussion list, which is also how you will be notified of critical information (ex., a class cancellation), is named pa543f03 for Fall, 2003, and its address is pa543f03@lists.ncsu.edu. You must join the list if you have not already done so as this will be the official form of communicating with you, including the sending of notices of class cancellations, if any.

The PA 543 class listserv is an electronic mailing list for the benefit of class members. Whatever e-mail you send to the list is sent to all members of the class who have joined the list. Note: In 2001 NCSU switched from listserv to majordomo list-serving software, but most people still refer to discussion lists as "listservs," which is the conventions used here.
